Childcare Contract for _____________________

This is your childcare contract for your child __________________. Your childcare tuition licensed childcare services which includes breakfast, morning/afternoon snack, and lunch preschool curriculum and school age activities. Your tuition does not include: wipes, tissues, topical medications, preferred bedding or change of clothing. YOU the parent must provide. Payments must be made by money order, credit card, cashier’s check or cash.
PAYMENTS ARE DUE IN FULL EVERY MONDAY
You will be charged a late fee of $25 if your payment is not received by C.O.B. on Monday. Termination without notice will be administered if payment is not made by COB Tuesday. NO ADVANCE notice is required for termination by the daycare director for continuous late payments or late pick up by the parent. Pick-Up and Drop Off Policy - Schedule of Service -- 8am-6pm. PICK UP AT 6PM SHARP. Anytime after 6pm is $1 per minute. Please bring payment in cash on the day of late pickup. Friends, neighbors and family members are not permitted to pop-up and visit your child at the center. If you request that your child has a visitor -- please notify the Director or teacher in advance. Parents are encouraged to drop their children off and exit the building as soon as possible. Lingering may provoke separation anxiety for the child. RITE CHOICE EARLY LEARNING CHILD CARE CENTER IS CLOSED ON ALL FEDERAL HOLIDAYS WITH PAY. NO EXCEPTIONS. THIS DAYCARE WILL ALSO BE CLOSED April 9 – April 17, 2021 FOR OUR TEACHER’S ANNUAL VACATION. NO TUITION WILL BE CHARGED.
Days you the parent choose to keep your child at home are to be paid. Your child must be brought inside the building, signed in and released to their respective teacher. THIS ENSURES THE SAFETY OF YOUR CHILD. Do not send children inside the building by themselves and go back to your vehicle without ensuring that your child has been taken by a staff member to their classroom. Payment of childcare services will start at the time contracted for which is 8am-6pm and cannot be adjusted for late arrival or early pickup.

DISCIPLINE
Our discipline policies consist of “time out”, “redirection” and firm “limit setting”. If appropriate, the provider will talk to the child about why the action occurred and what would be more appropriate behavior. We do place children in the quiet time chair for time out. Time out does not last more than the child’s age. PLEASE DO NOT YELL, SPANK OR DISCIPLINE YOUR CHILD IN THE DAYCARE OR OUTSIDE PARKING LOT. PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY OBJECTS TO THE DAYCARE SUCH AS SWITCHES, BELTS OR PADDLES TO DISCIPLINE OR THREATEN CHILDREN. THESE ACTIONS WILL BE REPORTED TO CHILD CARE ADMINISTRATION. PLEASE DO NOT SEND GUM, CANDY OR TOYS TO THE CENTER.
COVID-19 PANDEMIC
HOURS OF OPERATION LIMITED. You the parent are to keep children home in case of fever, cough, or any other flu like symptoms including runny nose. Please contact your pediatrician immediately and only return to childcare once all symptoms and 14 day quarantine, and medical clearance. Masks are to be worn while in childcare, EXCEPT during meals and naps. Temperature checks. health checks and COVID-19 checks will be done upon entrance daily. ONLY ENROLLEDD CHILDREN (NO PARENTS) ARE ALLOWED IN DAY CARE TO PROVIIDE SOCIAL DISTANCING. Please report if your chld has come into contact with anyone who has tested positive to COVID-19 within the last 14 days. Facility cleaned and disinfected routinely and daily.
TRANSPORTATION
You the parent give the daycare permission to transport your child in a car owned by the daycare providers for any situation necessary . The providers are licensed and insured. All children under 50lbs must be placed in a car seat or booster seat for safety which must be provided by the parent.
You the parents MUST provide a two-week written notice if you have plans to terminate care. The center must provide you with the same. Reasons for immediate termination by the center are as follows:
· Your child’s behavior threatens the physical or emotional well being of another child
· Consistent late pickups or late payments
· Rude or Disruptive behavior exhibited by parents, friends, family members or child
· Constant Biting of others by your child/Child or Parent uses profanity
· Drugs or alcohol detection by the parent/Racial or discriminatory remarks that are offensive
Services will be terminated immediately with no reimbursement if any of these actions take place within the center
Parents are welcomed to come by anytime during the day to check on your child. This contract will be reviewed and signed annually. Thank you for choosing OUR CENTER for your childcare needs.
